Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to fill your spot and offer it to other guests on our waitlist.

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge 50% of your scheduled service. If you cancel or no-show with less than 24 hours’ notice, 100% of your scheduled service will be charged.

Running Late

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full experience of your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. In some cases, this may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment & Gratuity

We do not accept gratuity on credit or debit cards. Tips are greatly appreciated via cash or Venmo. Thank you for understanding.

Service Adjustments

If you need an adjustment to your haircut or color, please contact us within two weeks of your original service. We’ll gladly make it right, following the original consultation and with the same stylist who performed your service.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase through our website and can be used toward any service or product in the salon.
